Vocal Coaching at RockSchool… Rocks! With our outstanding squad of highly experienced industry professional coaches, students receive an elevated level of training as well as industry knowledge.
Lessons are individually structured and include theory and practical exercises to give students a deeper understanding about the anatomy of the voice and the mechanism of singing, ensuring the correct vocal techniques are understood and applied at all times. Studying a wide variety of genres, our coaches build a personal repertoire and help students to make songs their own, develop their own sound and style and bring out the artist in each individual.
The ability to engage an audience is a fundamental part of singing which any aspiring or professional singer needs to master in order to build a successful career, so we understand that vocal coaching needs to cover a lot more than the technical requirements of singing. Our experienced team cover all areas of performance and characterisation through song.
Students wishing to take an academic route will gain Industry relevant qualifications with the contemporary RSL & ABRSM which goes toward your UCAS points.
We offer vocal students the opportunity to take part in two LIVE performances per year, staged at The Assembly Rooms, Tamworth.
Vocal students can also put their skills into action with other courses. Experience a live gig environment in our group RockBand sessions and take part in our triple threat musical theatre course, learning dance and acting we well as singing.
