Katie Ashby is the founder and lead singer of the acclaimed wartime-inspired group The D-Day Darlings, known for their success on Britain’s Got Talent and their Brit Certified albums with Sony Music UK.

With over 30 years in the entertainment industry, Katie is a versatile performer and creative singer, songwriter, actress, producer, and director, who has worked with legends like Dame Vera Lynn, Sir Paul McCartney, and Simon Cowell. She has performed on national TV and at iconic venues including The Royal Albert Hall and The London Palladium.

Katie is passionate about inspiring the next generation of performers. Through her work with The D-Day Juniors and the theatre and music training courses at Riverside Studios, she nurtures young talent and helps them grow in confidence and creativity.

As director of Revival Live UK, Katie produces and directs vintage-style stage shows worldwide. Her dedication to charitable causes, including the Royal British Legion and Dame Vera Lynn charities, reflects her deep commitment to making a meaningful impact both on and off stage.
