With over 30 years in the live events and performing arts industry, Stewart is an accomplished sound designer, live & studio audio engineer, as well as an experienced director and tour manager. As Co-Founder of Revival Live UK and Director of RSUK Theatre Arts, he combines his professional sound expertise with a passion for education, ensuring the BTEC programme is rooted in real-world industry practice.
He has delivered sound for theatres, arenas, and festivals across the UK, Europe, and worldwide, working with major artists and productions at the highest level. Known for his meticulous ear and technical creativity, he specialises in designing and operating systems that bring performances to life. His additional strength in tour logistics and management ensures productions run seamlessly from rehearsal room to international stage.
Alongside managing Britain’s Got Talent finalists The D-Day Darlings, he is also Founder and MD of Stagesound, a full-service events company providing PA, lighting, staging, and backline hire. A former University Lecturer in Live Sound & Production, he brings unrivalled knowledge and practical insight to the classroom, preparing students for successful careers in the arts.
