Vocal / Acting Coach

Born to a family rich in dramatic heritage, Emily discovered a passion for the Arts from an early age which prompted her to study Theatre and Performance Studies at the University of Warwick.

After winning a BBC Performing Arts Fund Bursary she went on to study Musical Theatre at the Central School of Speech and Drama.

Since graduating Emily has performed in a variety of theatre productions, pantomimes and tours including The Wizard of Oz, Crazy for You, Me and My Girl, The Canterville Ghost, A Winter’s Tale and Don Giovanni.

An accomplished lead vocalist, Emily is an integral part of the Revival Live UK team and for the last 11 years has been part of Top 5 selling artists and BGT finalists The D-Day Darlings.

Other professional highlights include providing lead vocals in The Knights of Music concert tour, providing backing vocals for The Feeling and Elio Pace and most recently stepping into the role of Nell Gwynn in a new musical entitled ‘Nelly’.

As well as performing onboard some of the world’s most iconic ocean liners, including Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth and Queen Mary 2, she has also accrued numerous on-screen credits, appearing in feature films, short films and in television commercials.

Emily has many teaching accolades including delivering Vocal Harmony Masterclasses for LIPA, as well as coaching singing and performance at the Alaine Academy of Dance for many years. Over the years she has delivered 1:2:1 vocal coaching in private lessons and for RockSchool. She also acted as vocal coach on West End choreographer Ashley Nottingham’s Take A Bow Bootcamp’s production of We Will Rock You and early in her career taught for Stagecoach.

Emily is a gifted entertainer with a personable demeanour and a wealth of experience, making her the ideal mentor for those looking to polish their performance and develop their audition skills and repertoire.
